[vc_column_text]Join us on September 15 at 11am for a rally at St. Joseph’s at Fleming, Peterborough, to repeal Bill 124.

Bill 124 has stripped the long-term care workers at St. Jospeh’s at Fleming of their Charter-protected right to collective bargaining—keeping their wages below the rate of inflation. The bill does not apply to for-profit long-term care homes, making it hard for St. Joseph’s to retain staff.

We will hear from CUPE Ontario President Fred Hahn, CUPE Ontario Secretary-Treasurer Candace Rennick, St. Joseph’s at Fleming COO Carol Rodd, and CUPE 2280 President Jessica Williams.[/vc_column_text]
