This is the rate calculator page for Great West Life's Plan Direct for members that are retiring with no benefits after being covered recently prior to retirement.

MROO [Municipal Retirees Organization Ontario has worked on post-retirement plans in conjunction with CUPE Ontario since 1975. The plan is available to retiring members applying within 90 days of losing the employer-sponsored health benefits - without a medical questionaire and without considering any pre-existing conditions. This plan is through Encon Group Inc by telephone at 1-800-363-7861 or email at: mroo.encon.ca the insurance provider is Manulife Financial, and contains Semi-Private Hospital, Extended Health and Dental Care plans.
